About the Opportunity
- 18-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible
- Lead the delivery of a major product simplification programme across a large legacy portfolio.
- Work closely with executive and senior leaders to redesign products and transition customers to a simplified offering.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across pricing, technology, operations, risk and marketing.
- Drive discovery, implementation planning and operational readiness for product changes.
- Play a key role in improving product clarity, sustainability and customer outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong experience delivering complex product or transformation programmes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Experience working in regulated or complex product environments (insurance or financial services ideal).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to drive change across multiple teams.
- A solid understanding of product lifecycle management and customer impact.
