About the Opportunity
  • Our client is a key player in New Zealand’s tech space!
  • 6-month temporary role with the possibility of extension
  • Provide essential administrative and operational support to the team
  • Manage building facilities, car park management, event coordination, and report collation
  • We’re looking for someone who is proactive, has a can-do attitude, and enjoys supporting the wider team
What You’ll Bring
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and initiative
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Previous experience with building facilities management (beneficial)
  • Confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Parkable would be a plus
  • A team-focused attitude
