This CFO role partners closely with an ambitious CEO and leadership team to shape strategy and improve financial clarity in a fast-moving environment. You will help transition the business from entrepreneurial growth to a more structured, scalable global operation, without losing momentum. You will own the finance function and act as a key partner to the CEO and executive team across strategy, growth, and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading financial strategy and partnering on overall business direction
Building the architecture to support international expansion
Strengthening governance, controls, and capital readiness
Improving financial visibility and decision-making across the business
Influencing broader operations, bringing structure, alignment, and accountability
Building a high-performing finance function that is scalable, lean, and nimble
This role goes beyond finance, you will have influence over how the business runs day to day.
What You’ll Bring
You are an experienced CFO with breadth, not just strong finance capability, but exposure across operations, HR, legal, or broader business leadership.
You will likely bring:
Experience in fast-growth technology environments (SaaS or marketplace)
A track record of bringing structure without slowing momentum
Strong commercial judgement and strategic capability
Calm authority in high-growth, high-change environments
Confidence operating closely with founders and entrepreneurial leadership teams
You’re commercially sharp, pragmatic, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while helping create clarity for others.
