About the Opportunity
Tribe is a privately owned Kiwi recruitment business known for moving fast, making decisions with intent, and delivering real commercial impact. We’re recognised for our high-quality service, tailored talent solutions, and strong market reputation.

With leading technology, smart automation, and a dedicated transformation team, we enable our people to focus on what matters most.

Backed by clear values and a strong growth strategy, we offer a high-performance, high-care environment where ownership, wellbeing, and individuality are genuinely valued.

Be Yourself. Be Brave. Be There for Others. Be First. This is the Tribe Way - and your opportunity to be part of it.

This role sits within our Transformation function, supporting our teams by improving process consistency, and helping the business get the most from its core systems and workflows.

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of Tribe’s systems, processes, and enablement activity. Acting as a key point of contact for system and process queries, helping teams get the most from their tools and workflows.

This role suits someone who is highly systems-savvy, enjoys problem-solving, and takes ownership of delivering practical solutions.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Provide first-line support for system and process-related queries
  • Triage, track, and resolve issues, or escalate where required
  • Support user set-up, onboarding, permissions, and basic system updates
  • Maintain process guides, documentation, and support resources
  • Coordinate training sessions, including attendance tracking and follow-up
  • Ensure enablement materials are current, accessible, and well organised
  • Support the rollout of process updates and operational changes
  • Assist with tracking transformation initiatives and improvement activity
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest practical improvements
  • Promote consistent and effective use of systems across the business

It’s a broad, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys combining administration, coordination, and practical problem-solving. You’ll be across system support, documentation, training coordination, and continuous improvement - all with a focus on keeping things current, accessible, and running smoothly.

This is a high-volume, delivery-focused role requiring pace, organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Success comes from consistency, follow-through, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

As a brand ambassador for Tribe, you’ll bring professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity to every interaction.

What You’ll Bring
Your background will likely include experience in administration, operations, enablement, or systems support, with strong systems confidence, comfort working across multiple tools, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

This role will suit someone who is organised, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting others.

You’re naturally curious, technically confident, and enjoy figuring out how systems work and how to improve them.

You’ll also bring:
  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with systems and digital tools
  • Clear, helpful communication style
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver practical solutions
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities effectively
  • A collaborative and positive approach
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes
  • Experience with CRM or ATS platforms (advantageous)
  • Openness to new technology, including AI

What’s on Offer
  • A fun, values-driven and inclusive environment where wellbeing and flexibility are genuinely supported
  • Additional ‘MY DAY’ leave each quarter to recharge when you need it
  • Your birthday off to celebrate your way
  • Access to market-leading tools, systems, and technology that enable you to do your best work
  • A supportive team environment where you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, learn, and grow
  • Exposure to a wide range of systems, processes, and business initiatives across the organisation
  • The opportunity to be part of a high-performing business that values ownership, initiative, and continuous improvement
  • Ongoing learning and development, with opportunities to build capability across systems, enablement, and operations
