What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role
- Strong experience leading brand change, brand refresh or rebrand projects
- Excellent project management skills, including managing timelines, risks and dependencies
- Ability to work across a broad mix of internal and external stakeholders
- Confidence operating in a complex environment with multiple decision makers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at different levels
- Experience balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution
- Understanding of campaign management, including performance, budget and commercial outcomes
- Ability to bring structure, pace and clarity to a busy programme of work
- Adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working through change
