About the Opportunity
- Newly created Key Account Manager role in a family-owned FMCG business with aggressive growth plans
- Own a circa $18m NZ portfolio across Foodstuffs, Woolworths, and other key retail channels
- Drive growth across non-food grocery and general merchandise categories (roughly 50/50)
- Partner closely with product and brand teams across ANZ on NPD, functionality and brand activity
- Work in a lean, high-ownership environment where you will be hands on and close to the detail
What You’ll Bring
- FMCG and grocery account management experience, or a strong step-up KAE with true account ownership
- Commercially sharp and confident owning the numbers, performance, and customer planning
- Strong capability turning insights into action across category reviews, pricing and modelling
- A modern grocery mindset: proactive, energetic, and comfortable building momentum
- Comfortable operating with fewer layers and less resourcing than larger FMCG organisations
