Transformation Programme Manager (ERP Discovery & Selection)

About the Opportunity 
We have partnered exclusively with McAlpine Hussmann to appoint an ERP Transformation Lead to support a significant business transformation programme. This role will lead the Discovery phase, working closely with executive leaders and operational teams to understand current processes, identify opportunities for improvement and define future ways of working across the business.

Following Discovery, you will lead the ERP requirements and vendor selection process, ensuring the chosen solution aligns with the organisation’s operational needs. This is a hands-on transformation role for someone who can engage with the business, challenge existing processes and translate insights into practical outcomes.

What You’ll Bring 
Proven experience leading ERP transformation initiatives, with strong capability across discovery, business process redesign, requirements definition and ERP vendor selection.
• Previous experience within complex, operational environments where service delivery, labour management, maintenance, scheduling, projects and supply chain are key business drivers.
• A strong understanding of how ERP solutions enable businesses such as engineering, manufacturing, facilities management, construction, utilities or other service-based organisations.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, challenge existing processes, influence senior stakeholders and translate business needs into practical future-state solutions.
• Prior involvement in successful ERP implementations, with the credibility and practical understanding to ensure Discovery and vendor selection decisions set the business up for success.
