About the Opportunity
  • Support customers over the phone and by email across a range of queries and issues
  • Handle complaints, bookings, invoices, and customer requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Liaise with internal teams to help resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Monday to Friday role, 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional overtime Saturdays
