About the Opportunity
We’re supporting a NZ insurance business entering phase two of a significant regulatory programme.
With a specific need to implement and embed the necessary changes, we are seeking a seasoned regulatory change expert to work with the business to deliver the change programme.
The heavy lifting legal interpretation work has been done, this role is solely focussed on the successful delivery.
Working across the business, you’ll help ensure regulatory intent is translated into practical business outcomes — including clearer customer disclosures, operational readiness and confidence across frontline teams and partners.
What You’ll Bring
This is a highly visible contract suited to a seasoned operator who has previously delivered CoFI or similar regulatory change programmes within financial services or insurance environments.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Simplify complexity rather than add to it
- Work proactively with the business to land change
- Influence operational teams credibly and pragmatically
- Drive outcomes without excessive oversight
- Balance customer outcomes with commercial reality
- Insurance regulatory implementation experience is essential.
