About the Opportunity

- We’re hiring a Marketing Manager (official title: Community Marketing Manager) to own local marketing across a portfolio of villages. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and sits within a collaborative, high performing marketing team of 8.
- This is community-level marketing that matters, helping local teams show up brilliantly and build real engagement
- This is a commercial role partnering with sales to drive enquiries + conversion. You’ll be the marketing partner to Village Sales Managers and Village Managers: listening first, then bringing practical plans and momentum
- You’ll take ideas from “good thought” to “out in the world”- with a test, learn and refine mindset
What You’ll Bring
- Strong generalist marketing experience with end-to-end ownership (plan → deliver → improve)
- A warm, confident stakeholder style, you build trust quickly, listen, and bring people with you
- Comfortable across digital channels and content/comms, plus local activation and events
- A steady, resilient approach, you can handle pace, shifting priorities and lots of moving parts with your exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Bonus points for greenfields/pre-selling experience, or similarly complex lead gen environments
