About the Opportunity
  • Join a busy customer support team, acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Manage phone-based enquiries across repairs, accounts, appointments and general support.
  • Use multiple systems to update customer records and complete accurate administration tasks.

What You’ll Bring
  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience, ideally in a structured environment.
  • Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Good computer literacy, data entry accuracy and confidence working across multiple systems.
