  • Contribute to wider projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the centre.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience leading a successful team within a contact centre or similar environment.
  • Strong coaching, performance management and people development capability.
  • Confidence managing complex customer issues and supporting staff through difficult calls.
  • A customer-focused approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to use performance data to improve service delivery and team effectiveness.
