- Support leaders across New Zealand, Australia and North America
- Partner with Enterprise General Managers and support a portfolio of 300+ employees.
- Work in a medium-volume ER environment with plenty of change and pace
- Build leadership capability through coaching and uplift, with strong stakeholder management.
- Champion and promote effective use of AI across the P&C space.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with a senior level HR generalist background who is flexible, agile and has demonstrated experience working within a fact paced environment. Having previously worked within the tech industry would be advantageous but is not a strict requirement for this role.
- Around 8+ years of solid, hands-on People Partner/HRBP experience
- Strong ER capability and confidence operating in complex, historical case environments.
- Experience in tech/SaaS or an ambiguous/start-up style environment with a pragmatic approach.
- Resilience, high ownership and the ability to multitask without dropping the ball.
- A “completer-finisher” mindset with strong expectation management and commercial judgement.
- A demonstrated interest in being a champion of effective AI use across the P&C space.
