About the Opportunity

- This is a temporary Executive Assistant/Business Manager role based in Takapuna, working a 4-day week, Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5pm
- You'll provide executive support, assist board directors, and play an important part in day-to-day office operations
- Provide support to General Manager and Executives
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office tidiness, coordinating fruit and milk deliveries, and managing cleaning supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare board packs and format documents using existing templates
