About the Opportunity Our client is a purpose-led organisation that partners with businesses and individuals to build capability, support development and strengthen long-term workforce outcomes. In this role, you get to focus on the following:
Provide hands-on, practical HR generalist support to leaders across the organisation.
Take ownership of the administrative end-to-end payroll function (with support and training provided).
Support a culturally diverse team in a role that offers a lot of autonomy.
What You’ll Bring This role will suit someone who is comfortable partnering across all levels of the organisation and bring a high level of maturity and confidence. There is currently no HRIS in place so you must be comfortable operating in a manual environment. Your expertise will include:
Solid HR generalist knowledge in a highly autonomous role.
End-to-end administrative payroll experience (no need to be an expert but must have had exposure to checking payroll and a desire to upskill in that area to create sole ownership).
High attention to detail, strong follow-through and a tech savvy approach.
