About the Opportunity

- Coordinate people and HR administration across the full employee lifecycle
- Oversee office operations, facilities, vendors, fleet administration and IT support
- Improve systems and processes to help the business operate efficiently as it grows
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Executive Assistant experience, including complex inbox management, correspondence drafting and high-level support to senior leaders
- Confidence engaging with Board members and senior stakeholders, with strong relationship-building skills and absolute discretion
- Exceptional organisation, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative in ambiguous situations
- Experience supporting projects, office operations or process improvements, with strong Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and general technology capability
- A collaborative, resilient and self-motivated approach, with sound judgement, humility and a genuine commitment to team success and continuous learning
