We’re partnering with a well-established business in the construction, property, and consultancy space. This is a key support role at the center of the business, helping to keep day-to-day operations on track in a busy and fast-moving environment. You’ll be the first point of contact at the front desk while also taking on a range of important administrative responsibilities.
This role would suit someone with previous admin experience who brings a can-do attitude and is looking to grow in a supportive, team-focused workplace. About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Auckland CBD, offering plenty of variety and the chance to be at the centre of a busy, well-run office. Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors, managing sign-ins, and coordinating meeting rooms, car parks, mail, couriers, catering, and general office supplies
- Keeping the office looking its best, handling incoming calls, and providing admin support to the Head of Operations
- Managing travel bookings, building maintenance, and supplier relationships, with a focus on identifying efficiencies and cost savings
- Supporting project systems (Mavenlink), including updating project data, tracking timesheets, assisting with budgets, and training logistics
- General admin tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving, and assisting with internal audits, health & safety, and sustainability initiatives
- Helping to organise staff health checks, keep training records updated, and providing month-end support for off-site inspections
About You:
- 3 years of experience in an admin or office support role
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal and comfortable dealing with people across all levels
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Positive and proactive, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with InDesign/Sharepoint is a bonus
- Skilled at juggling multiple tasks and knowing how to prioritise when things get busy
