Off the back of significant investment and expansion, they’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth - and looking for an experiences Sales Executive to join the team.

About the Role: 

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be a key link between the sales team, factory, and customers – managing key accounts, processing orders, coordinating timeline and onboarding new clients, and supporting the navigation of complex export requirements and contract manufacturing requirements across both local and international markets.

Working with the Head of Sales, you will form a strong team to deliver positive customer outcomes and support our brand partners to win in their markets.
It’s ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales support, ideally in food, meat, FMCG, supply chain, or export industries and a genuine interest in product, quality, and growing a business.

Some of the key responsibilities include:
  • Day-to-day management of customer accounts, including communication, order processing, and tracking
  • Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, nurturing strong and effective relationships
  • Understanding client needs and identifying growth and service opportunities
  • Supporting business development and marketing activity for domestic and international markets
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery

About You: 
  • Previous experience in sales or account management in the B2B space
  • Exposure to food, FMCG, meat, or manufacturing industries is a bonus
  • A natural relationship-builder who’s commercially savvy and solutions-focused
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport across cultures and time zones
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Commercially curious - someone who wants to learn about product, process, and global markets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable working with CRM systems
