About the Company:
A leading provider in its field is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join the team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.
About the Role:
This fixed-term position is based in Mount Wellington, starting ASAP.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in ERP systems, including product and pricing data
- Updating and managing the contract register, ensuring key details are accurately recorded, filed, and kept up to date
- Supporting property leasing administration, including processing monthly rental payments and maintaining leasing records
- Act as the first point of contact for purchasing and property queries, resolving standard enquiries directly and triaging more complex issues to the team as required
- Assisting with small-scale projects, such as supplier consolidation and operational improvement initiatives
- Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider team as required
About You:
- Procurement/purchasing admin experience
- Good understanding of procurement/purchasing processes
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and maintain accurate data
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Good time management and communication skills
