About the Opportunity

Its structure generally brings together policy, operational, engineering, and regulatory capabilities within a single entity.
The focus of the Principal Advisor - ER is clear cut and simple;
- End-to-end ER case management including mediation.
- Partnering with highly skilled HRBPs.
- Navigating a complex environment and delivering successful outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for an ER specialist, who brings 4-6 years of PQE with a focus on Employment law. Your ideal background will include:
- A New Zealand Law Degree.
- Strong background within New Zealand Employment Law and ideally litigation experience.
- Ability to add value beyond what highly experienced HRBPs can provide.
