About the Opportunity
- Our client plays a key role in improving policies and processes, and delivering outcomes that benefit communities across New Zealand
- 4-week temp assignment (with potential extension), covering an incumbent on leave
- Support multiple projects across different stages
- Manage high volumes of project-related emails and stakeholder queries
- Update and maintain accurate tracking across multiple systems
- Monitor project status and ensure next steps are actioned in a timely manner
- Coordinate document reviews and approvals with delegation holders
- Work closely with EAs to schedule and manage meetings
- Identify risks or delays and escalate where required
- Contribute to regular and ad hoc reporting

- High attention to detail
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on actions
- Confidence in using Excel and learning new systems quickly
