About the Opportunity
Our client is a charitable organisation dedicated to supporting the community through meaningful donor engagement and meaningful initiatives. They have a close-knit team that values initiative, adaptability, and providing the best experience for their supporters.
- Respond to donor emails, phone calls, and online enquiries
- Follow up with donors regarding donations, thanking them, and resolving any issues
- Update donor details (names, address, donations, bank account details) in the system
- Transfer and reconcile donation data between Xero and Salesforce
- Support daily gift processing, bank reconciliations, and reporting
- Assist the team with general administrative tasks and projects as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Comfortable handling phone calls and emails
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong communication skills and able to build positive relationships
- Experience with Excel and ability to sort and maintain accurate records
- Quick to learn new technology (Salesforce, Xero)
- Personable and calm under pressure
- Strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and curiosity
- Able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm
