About the Opportunity 
We’re working with a well-known telco brand to find their next Network Damage Recovery Specialist – someone who loves getting into the detail, connecting the dots, and making fair, informed decisions that balance both customer outcomes and business impact. 

Based in a seriously cool, modern office in the CBD (think funky colours, LED artwork, and a great open floor plan), this company knows how to mix professionalism with personality.

What You’ll be Doing:
You’ll sit within the Cost Recovery team, working through network damage cases and determining whether costs can be recovered from liable parties. 
The role will include:
  • Investigating network damage reports submitted by field technicians, reviewing photos and job notes to piece together what actually happened 
  • Applying business rules and sound judgement to determine liability and whether a case is billable
  • Analysing reports for gaps or inconsistencies and working closely with service providers to gather missing information
  • Translating technical information into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for a range of stakeholders
  • Managing a steady workflow of around 30–40 cases per day, staying organised and on top of priorities
What You’ll Bring 
  • Previous experience in billing, claims processing, or a similar case assessment role
  • A naturally analytical and investigative mindset
  • Strong written communication skills (you’re confident, clear, and professional over email)
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally within a large organisation
  • Solid time management and attention to detail
  • A strong sense of integrity – you care about doing the right thing
  • Exposure to systems like Salesforce or SAP
