The core role responsibilities
- Managing end to end recruitment processes including briefing, sourcing, interviewing and offer management.
- Developing new business through client acquisition and strategic account mapping.
- Meeting monthly billing and revenue targets
- Maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn
What You’ll Bring
- No formal qualification is required; however, equivalent industry experience is essential
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant in an Agency environment.
- A proven ability to develop business
- Excellent key account management experience
- A strong network in, or the ability to build networks within, Auckland’s Technology and IT Sector

This role reports to the Head of Technology for Tribe Group.
