The core role responsibilities
  • Managing end to end recruitment processes including briefing, sourcing, interviewing and offer management. 
  • Developing new business through client acquisition and strategic account mapping. 
  • Meeting monthly billing and revenue targets
  • Maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn  
What You’ll Bring
  • No formal qualification is required; however, equivalent industry experience is essential 
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an IT Recruitment Consultant in an Agency environment.    
  • A proven ability to develop business 
  • Excellent key account management experience 
  • A strong network in, or the ability to build networks within, Auckland’s Technology and IT Sector

This role reports to the Head of Technology for Tribe Group.
