Key responsibilities:
- Provide business support across operations, people, and office functions
- Coordinate key systems, processes, records, and compliance activities
- Manage office administration, supplier relationships, assets, and fleet coordination
- Support HR, Health & Safety, and wider organisational initiatives
- Maintain accurate information across business systems and platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
- Build strong relationships across the business and provide support where needed
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years' experience in business support, administration, or coordination
- Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
- Seeking a long-term opportunity within a collaborative and supportive team
