We’re seeking a permanent, full-time Talent Partner to support Tribe’s recruitment delivery across a diverse portfolio of sectors, based in our Wellington office.
Operating as a shared delivery capability, you’ll partner closely with Recruitment Consultants to drive outcomes across multiple teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless end-to-end candidate and client experience through strong coordination, administration, assessment and proactive talent management.
You’ll ensure high levels of system discipline and compliance, maintaining accurate records in Bullhorn (ATS), capturing client and candidate interactions, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting placements, contractor extensions, and change requests. You’ll also actively manage candidate talent pools through search, outreach, and engagement.
As a brand ambassador for Tribe, you’ll bring professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity to every interaction.
This is a high-volume, delivery-focused role requiring pace, organisation, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Success is measured through quality, consistency, collaboration, and follow-through.
What You’ll Bring
You will bring proven experience in customer service, administration or coordination, ideally within recruitment, along with a genuine interest in people and building strong relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment and will be confident supporting multiple stakeholders, and priorities at once.
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to balance pace with quality.
