About the Opportunity
As the Manufacturing Manager - Packing you will lead all packing and relevant downstream operations at the site. You'll be responsible for ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently. and to the highest quality standards.

- Balance day-to-day operational leadership with strategic planning to improve performance.

What You’ll Bring
A good number of years’ experience leading a manufacturing plant, preferably food production and proven expertise in production and operations management, with (preferably) a strong background in packing and finished product manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.
- Experienced in using ERP and inventory management systems,
- Strong coordination of maintenance activities and plant readiness, including management of safe work systems, work permits, and preventative maintenance programmes.
- Strategic thinker with excellent operational planning abilities, capable of aligning day-to-day production with long-term capacity, growth objectives, and supply chain requirements.
