The Property Marketing Specialist is a newly created role focused on marketing high-quality warehouse and logistics developments for lease, owner-occupation or sale to investors.

It’s an exciting opportunity to support a growing area of the business, helping position developments in a way that drives enquiry, interest and commercial outcomes.
  • You’ll develop campaigns across a portfolio of development properties, with a focus on driving occupancy and sales outcomes.
  • The role will involve ownership of key marketing activity across campaigns, brochures, website content, third party digital marketing, visual assets, photography direction and development collateral.
  • You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and designers to deliver compelling, high-quality marketing that engages the right audiences and within budget.
  • This is a chance to bring fresh ideas and specialist marketing capability into a business that is continuing to grow this area.
  • You’ll be part of the planning and creative development for other adhoc projects.
  • It’s a hands-on role in a lean, collaborative team, so it will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to get stuck in.
  •  With several projects already underway, this is a great opportunity to step into a role with real ownership, visibility and long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally within property marketing or related sector. 
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, advertising, business or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and the ability to provide credible marketing advice.
  • Strong creative judgement and an eye for design and detail.
  • Experience briefing and working with agencies, designers, photographers or other creative partners.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with lots of initiative.
  • A willingness to be hands-on and contribute across both strategic and day-to-day tasks.
  • Resilience, adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a changing environment.
