About the Opportunity
This is a newly created role at an exciting time for the business and the team, as they aim for sustainable growth with a sense of urgency. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be key to this.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will take the operational performance, predictability, and profitability of the business to new levels at scale whilst providing leadership across all field operations, supply chain and delivery functions.
The role converts company strategy into disciplined operational execution, ensuring strong leadership capability, field excellence, disciplined inventory and procurement practices, and effective alignment between design, sales and delivery.
