This role manages the Supply Chain Planning function and is responsible for driving transformation and integration of the function and processes within into the Sigma Healthcare Enterprise Supply and Operations Planning function. The roles overseas the Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Private Label teams. It has responsibility for ensuring day to day operational performance, reporting, governance, and customer deliverables at the same time as managing the effective and smooth transition to an integrated team and process.

What You’ll Bring
- A good number of years purchasing management and demand forecasting experience.
- Strong background working in an end-to-end supply chain environment.
- Experience in process transformation and change.
- Proven excellence in commercial, process improvement and analytical acumen.
- Experience working with and managing suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated development, planning and execution skills.
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrate you know the elements of a high performing S&OP function and how to manage a team that delivers it.
- Demonstrate deep forecasting and demand management expertise.
- Ability to develop a business transformation plan and manage the execution of it.
- Apply process methodologies for measuring performance and driving improvements.
- Demonstrated experience driving change and improvement.
- Utilise data and technology to support efficient delivery and drive insights.
You will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to delivering results. A team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with high emotional intelligence. Calm, adaptable and with a continuous improvement mindset, you will be an integral part of the team.
