About the Opportunity

- Design a broad range of assets across paid, social, EDM, web and print, ensuring everything looks sharp and consistent.
- Translate briefs into clear, engaging creative that supports performance, brand and customer experience goals.
- Work closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, recommend creative approaches, and deliver to deadline.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting layouts and formats for different channels and audiences.
- Contribute to improving templates, toolkits and workflows so the team can produce quality work faster.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience producing high-volume marketing assets, ideally across multiple channels and formats.
- Strong visual craft, especially layout, typography, hierarchy and brand application.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Confidence preparing files for digital delivery and print production, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, respond to feedback quickly, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Bonus if you have exposure to Figma, Canva, basic motion graphics, or simple video editing for social content.
