About the Opportunity 
  • Join a leading healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution business supporting one of New Zealand’s fastest growing pharmacy networks.
  • Lead the daily transport and logistics operations for a modern, highly automated distribution centre based in Auckland.
  • Drive transport efficiency through route optimisation, KPI reporting, and strong 3PL management.
  • Work closely with supply chain, inventory, retail, and operational teams to ensure high service delivery standards.
  • Play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives, operational expansion projects, and transport system enhancements.
  • Lead and develop transport teams while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience within transport, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong background in route planning, fleet operations, and transport optimisation.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics providers and transport performance outcomes.
  • Confident using transport management systems, logistics software, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and leadership teams.
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach teams, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
