About the Opportunity
I’m partnering with a well-established organisation to appoint a Systems Training Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in Lower Hutt and may require some travel. There is flexible working on offer!
This role will suit someone who enjoys supporting practical, high-impact training online and face to face. You will have a strong L&D background, be comfortable working with online training modules and have great communications skills as you will be engaging with people from all walks of life. You’ll be clear, patient and proactive in your approach to guiding and supporting people.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience delivering systems and/or process training in a fast-paced environment
- Confident facilitation skills and the ability to adapt your approach for different audiences
- Strength in simplifying technical concepts into practical, usable training content
- Organised, proactive style with strong stakeholder management
- Someone who has the ability to travel if needed
