About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation focused on providing safe, affordable housing to people across Auckland. With a strong community focus, their work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and whānau across the region.
This is a broad, hands-on role supporting teams across systems, reporting, processes, and day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in helping the organisation get the most out of its systems and workflows while supporting teams to work efficiently and confidently day-to-day.
  • Supporting teams with CRM, reporting, and operational systems day-to-day
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and coordinating with external providers when needed
  • Managing reporting, data quality, and supporting Power BI reporting processes
  • Improving workflows, processes, and system usage across the organisation
  • Maintaining accurate documentation, records, and compliance processes
  • Supporting operational projects and system improvements
  • Building strong relationships across the organisation and becoming a trusted go-to support person internally
What You’ll Bring 
  • Previous experience supporting operational, property, tenancy, finance, or wider business teams
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys working in the detail and keeping things organised behind the scenes
  • Strong systems capability - not just tech savvy, but someone who becomes the go-to person for systems, processes, and troubleshooting
  • Confidence learning new platforms and understanding how systems, workflows, and data connect together
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues, inconsistencies, and process gaps
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a natural ability to problem-solve and improve the way things are done
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-focused approach
