About the Opportunity
- Join a welcoming and professional organisation as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors in their Manukau office.
- This is a part-time temporary assignment starting ASAP, initially for 4+ weeks, with the potential to be extended or become permanent for the right person.
- Temporary hours are Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am–3:30pm, and Thursday, 8:30am–1:00pm, with Fridays off.
- You'll be responsible for front-of-house reception, answering phones, coordinating couriers, managing visitors, and supporting the wider team with administration.
- The business is planning to relocate to Auckland CBD by the end of the year, with the permanent opportunity moving to a full-time Monday to Friday position.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and Teams, and learning new systems quickly.
- A customer-focused approach with a positive attitude and willingness to help.
- Previous reception and/or administration experience would be advantageous
