About the Opportunity
Our Christchurch based client UniMed, is a leading Health Insurance provider investing heavily in a major modernisation programme for the benefit of its members and people.
A significant piece of this transformation programme is the migration of Policy Administration Systems (PAS) with related API investments being undertaken.
We’re seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the end-to-end change for UniMed, ensuring impacted teams are engaged, ready, trained, and supported so adoption sticks.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll partner with programme leadership, business SMEs and technology teams to deliver practical, high-quality change outcomes at pace.
What You’ll Do
- Assess the change impact across the business. Run impact assessments and translate them into clear, sequenced interventions
- Develop and deliver the change strategy and integrated change plan across the PAS migration and API-related change impacts
- Lead stakeholder mapping, engagement and readiness planning across the business.
- Ensure adoption, business readiness and benefit realisation is successfully achieved
- Create and deliver comms via appropriate messaging, channels, cadence, and feedback loops.
- Coordinate training approach and materials.
- Manage change risks/issues/dependencies and keep the programme informed with crisp reporting.
- Track adoption/readiness measures and adjust plans to lift engagement and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong track record delivering change on complex technology programmes.
- Confident working across business and technology audiences.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills and the ability to influence at multiple levels
- A practical, delivery focused approach, with a high attention to detail
