About the Opportunity
- Join a large enterprise (client name withheld) undergoing a major hybrid-to-cloud transition
- Hands-on Identity Engineer role focused on Workforce IAM (WIAM) at scale
- Microsoft-heavy environment with Entra ID (Azure AD) + Active Directory
- Implement practical identity controls that improve security and user experience
- Work closely with Application Owners, Identity Architecture and Security team
What You’ll Bring
- Strong commercial experience in IAM / Identity Engineering (delivery-focused)
- Proven capability across Entra ID, Active Directory, M365 and Azure identity patterns
- Experience delivering identity in hybrid environments (not just greenfield cloud)
- Working knowledge of SSO/federation and authentication standards
- Nice to have: SailPoint/IGA, SoD/toxic access remediation, privileged access concepts
