About the Opportunity
- A respected not-for-profit organisation with a strong presence in the health and community space, committed to meaningful, purpose-driven work
- This is a 6-month temp role, based in Grafton
- Manage donor queries with care and accuracy, ensuring every interaction reflects genuine appreciation and the organisation’s values
- Act as a key connector between fundraising, communications, finance, and operations teams
- Help ensure donor records are accurate and acknowledgements are timely and meaningful
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in customer service, donor care, fundraising support, or administration
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and empathetic approach
- High attention to detail with strong data accuracy
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and internal teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
