- Supporting statutory reporting, R&D tax credit claims and revenue accounting processes
- Working closely with technology and finance teams to improve, automate and document processes
- Supporting finance transformation activity, including future state process design and FMIS transition work
- Coaching and developing one direct report
What You’ll Bring
- You’ll bring strong financial accounting experience and enjoy working in a role where no two days are the same.
- You’ll be confident with technical accounting, reporting and reconciliations, while also being comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the business.
You’ll also ideally have:
- 5+ years’ experience in financial accounting and reporting, or 3+ years specialising in asset accounting
- Strong fixed asset, lease accounting, month-end and balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Experience working with finance systems, process improvements or reporting projects
- A relevant accounting qualification, ideally CA qualified or working towards this
- Big 4 experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
