We're partnering with a leading organisation in the financial services sector to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile technology transformation programme.
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of complex projects within a large-scale enterprise environment, working alongside experienced delivery teams and senior business stakeholders. You'll play a key role in driving successful outcomes across a strategic programme that will shape the future of the organisation's technology landscape.

About the Role
Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of significant technology projects from initiation through to implementation.
You'll work across both Agile and traditional delivery environments, managing project scope, timelines, risks and dependencies while building strong relationships with internal teams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys operating at both project and programme level, comfortable getting into the detail while maintaining a clear view of the bigger picture.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the delivery of complex technology projects within a wider transformation programme.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and budgets.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate governance, reporting and regular project communications.
  • Manage scope, change requests and delivery priorities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.

About You
You'll be an experienced Senior Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex technology projects within enterprise environments.
You'll also bring:
  • Experience delivering software or technology projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior leaders.
  • Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Excellent planning, governance and risk management capability.
  • Financial services experience is highly regarded, although experience from other complex, regulated industries will also be considered.
  • The confidence to operate at programme level while remaining hands-on in delivery.
