About the Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join a friendly and supportive finance team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of key AP processes, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs and supplier queries, while supporting the wider finance function.
- Own the full Accounts Payable cycle within a busy finance team
- Process high volumes of invoices, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Work across multiple entities and build relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support month-end processes and maintain accurate financial records
- Enjoy the stability of a permanent role within a supportive, energetic team
What You’ll Bring
- Strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience across the full AP cycle
- Experience processing high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience managing multiple entities or business units desirable
- Confident managing supplier reconciliations, payment runs and queries
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience using SAP or similar complex ERP systems desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
