- Coordinate accurate appointments while balancing adviser capacity and location
- Deliver a professional, compliant and customer-focused experience on every call
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in sales, customer engagement or a phone-based role
- A confident communication style and genuine enjoyment of speaking with people
- Proven ability to meet KPIs while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong technology skills, with Salesforce or CRM experience advantageous
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 9am and 8pm
