HR Business Partner

About the Opportunity
•    This part-time, FTE role offers the opportunity to join a company that is currently undergoing a reshaped HR operating model, building stronger domain-aligned support.
•    You’ll be the standalone HR presence on site, supporting teams mainly across New Zealand and Australia, partnering closely with the local GM team and a wider HR team (dotted line support).
•    The role will have a strong focus on employee relations through change, performance and complex conversations.
•    You’ll also own end-to-end recruitment across mainly New Zealand and Australia.
•    Travel to Australia will be required 1-2 per year.

What You’ll Bring 
•    We’re looking for someone with proven HRBP / senior generalist experience with high level of confidence in ER case management.
•    Your strength will span across performance management, investigations, mediation, and negotiated exits.
•    Hands-on, end to end recruitment capability across technical / trade / engineering roles is also a requirement for the role.
•    You must bring resilience and the ability to build trust with strong operational leaders.
•    It’ll be beneficial if you’ve got previous experience supporting an Australia based team.

•    Auckland-based role with on-site presence in Mangere; WFH is negotiable
