Apply
About the Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for an experienced admin or business support leader for an exciting opportunity to step into an Admin Team Leader position within a leading healthcare organisation. You’ll take ownership of a team of 10–12 administrators and play a key role in shaping how the team operates, develops and delivers an exceptional experience to both customers and key stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll be the key leader for the administration function, ensuring the team is well supported, accountable and operating efficiently.

You’ll also act as a key support to the Clinic Manager, providing 2IC-level support and the opportunity to grow into broader operational leadership over time.
What you’ll be responsible for
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 10–12 administration professionals
  • Set clear expectations around performance, accountability and team culture
  • Manage workloads and resources to ensure the team operates effectively
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clinical professionals
  • Support the Clinic Manager with day-to-day operational requirements
  • Manage escalated complaints and quality assurance processes

About You
We’re looking for an experienced people leader who is commercially minded, resilient and genuinely enjoys improving the way teams work.
You’ll ideally bring:
  • 5+ years’ leadership experience, ideally within a service-driven environment
  • A proven ability to lead, coach and hold people accountable
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement
  • The confidence to work with senior and highly qualified stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to understand complex information and make sound decisions
  • Confidence stepping into a team and establishing clear direction and culture
  • Strong systems capability, ideally including CRM or process-driven platforms
A clinical or healthcare background is not essential. We’re more interested in your leadership capability and experience operating in a complex, customer-focused environment.

Why Join?
This is an opportunity to join an established and growing organisation where your leadership will have a visible and meaningful impact.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape team culture, improve processes and develop people, while working closely with an experienced Clinic Manager and having the potential to progress into broader operational leadership in the future.
You’ll also receive:
  • 5 weeks’ annual leave
  • Discretionary bonus opportunities
  • Discretionary wellbeing bonus
  • Parking
  • Flexible working hours between 7.30am and 6.00pm
