About you:

We are looking for an organized and hard working individual who will enjoy a variety of tasks, providing support to keep a busy office running smoothly.

 

This role requires:

Minimum 1-2years administrator experience

Familiarity with office management procedures, and systems savvy with MS office

High attention to detail and strong communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely manner

Cohesively work as part of team, and able to use own initiative

 

About the Company:

 

Our client is working on a project that involves coordinating and bringing together various stakeholders across the public sector.   

 

Based in Auckland CBD, this role is starting ASAP for a 6 month fixed term contract, working standard business hours Monday – Friday. Some flexibility is needed as there may be early morning, or late afternoon meetings.
 

About the role:

 

You will provide team support to 2 Project Leads, performing administration tasks such as but not limited to:

 

  • Taking minutes and collating documentation
  • organizing catering for meetings
  • assist in planning and arranging events (both internal and external)
  • liaising with various stakeholders
  • manage stationary and office supplies


 

The role provides great experience if you are looking at growing into a Project Management role in the future.
