About the Role:
A newly created role partnering with and supporting People Leaders. You will help coach and influence great talent acquisition and talent management, driving creative recruitment initiatives across the business.
Duties include managing end to end recruitment campaigns, building talent pools, and advising sourcing options - utilising modern techniques.
The role will also include various recruitment projects with some interesting strategies that will support growth and change – bringing talent and new skill capability inhouse. This may also include some high-volume recruitment campaigns.
Although an initial contract, this is a large organisation with a lot going on, so there is great potential for the contract to extend, and possibly become permanent.

You will have well-honed recruitment experience from internal teams ideally, however agency exposure is also of interest.
You utilise modern sourcing approaches, with LI and Seek search, and you really know how to maximise your networks!
You have operated across senior recruitment, including technical or specialist roles, and have a genuine partnering approach.
People describe you as consultative and caring – your referees will back that up, complimenting you on your relationship management!
You are pragmatic and think “whole of business”. This strategic view and your considered, but also inquisitive style, means you ask all the right questions!!
