About the Role:

  • As a result of an internal promotion, there is an exciting opportunity to join this high performing team!
  • As the Senior Digital Communications Specialist, you will take digital marketing communications and customer lifecycle programmes to the next level through your world-class email, CRM, data, automation and digital expertise.
  • You will utilise digital channels including eDM, social, display and search to achieve business outcomes.
  • You’ll be data-driven and confident in CRM/marketing tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role works across B2B and B2C audiences on a range of products and services.
  • You will be responsible for end to end campaign management, including delivering successful integrated campaigns and insightful reporting.
  • Relationship building is key for this role. It’s important that you develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners.
  • You’ll be working in a dynamic and constantly evolving industry to deliver compelling digital marketing activity that drives customer and commercial outcomes.
     
About You:
 
  • You will be passionate about data and have solid experience in a digital communications or CRM role in a service industry. Experience in a large complex organisation a plus!
  • It is both a big picture role and a doing role, so you’ll need to be comfortable both designing the customer relationship management initiatives and delivering them. 
  • Proven track record of customer database management and growth.  
  • A passionate customer centric approach to all you do. 
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to work well in a team.  
  • Self-starter and a strong team player.
