About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People and Culture Advisor to join our fantastic team. Reporting to the Senior People and Culture Business Partner, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that foster a positive work culture and support the achievement of RHCNZ's overarching strategic objectives.

As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will be relied upon to deliver sound advice and support.  Working within a tight-knit team, you will establish strong connections with the region you partner with, to enable the development of impactful people and culture strategies and initiatives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Senior People & Culture Business Partner to provide guidance and advice to leadership on HR matters; performance management, H&S, HR practice and polices
  • Collaborating with the P&C team to help improve people and culture strategies
  • Providing day to day HR generalist support and maintaining, ensuring that HR documentations are delivered in high level of accuracy and quality
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reports to support HR metrics
  • Assisting in workforce planning such as recruitment, talent retention and acquisition

About You:

You will be an up-and-coming HR generalist with exceptional relationship management skills.  Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team.  

You will also demonstrate:
  • Experience in HR, such as best practice documentation, policies, procedures, and ER knowledge
  • Outstanding communication and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong ability in identifying and mitigating people-related risks
  • Problem- solving skills with the ability to analyse and develop practical HR solutions
  • Your commitment to actively supporting and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives across our organisation
