About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Analyst to join our fantastic team. Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a vital role to help assist and enhance the driving strategic initiatives that foster a positive work culture and support the achievement of RHCNZ's overarching strategic objectives.

As a trusted analyst, you will be relied upon to interpret, provide insights on talent and people strategies. Working within a tight-knit team, you will establish strong connections with the P&C team, to enable the development of impactful people and culture strategies and initiatives.


 
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collect, clean and analyse HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, and performance evaluations
  • Managing, implementing and enhancement of HRIS platforms
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns and correlations in HR data and provide actionable insights to Head of People & Culture, Senior People & Culture Business Partners and senior leadership
  • Stay informed on HR trends and best practices in people analytics and share recommendations with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop data-driven recommendations and solutions to address HR challenges and improve the employee experience 
  • Provide assistance on ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed to support HR and business objective

About You:

You will be a detail-oriented HR analyst with exceptional relationship management skills.  Your proactive and collaborative approach will be valued within this exceptional team.  You will also demonstrate:
  • Experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a people related data role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, PowerBI, SQL or Python
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
