About the Role:

You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing full process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, processing payroll, and preparing GST and PAYE returns. You'll also be involved in purchase order processing, month-end processing, and banking activities. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, you'll help maintain the financial stability of this organisation while they support their ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.

About You:

Easy-going and down to earth. If you're self-motivated (able to work alone), detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounts experience (AP/AR/Payroll/Month-end)
• Proficient in mid-tier financial systems – NetSuite ideal, will also consider Navision, Dynamics365, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Flexible and happy to tackle whatever is thrown at you
• Dynamic and a fast learner
